Perfect Life After Retirement

Perfect Life After Retirement

 Sonahri Shaikh
A 73 years, Professor Dr. Allah Dino Memon  is an honour Secretary(Board of governors) in Sindh Grammar School Qasimabad, Hyderabad. Belonging from Unnarpur, district Dadu. He received his degrees of B.Sc and M.sc from UoS.  And M.SC and DIC in petroleum Geology from Imperial College of Science, London in 1968. He joined UoS in 1970 as a lecturer. And after that did P.HD from Romania.

He got Retirement in 2002 as a professor and chairman. Because of a devoted nature he never faced any difficulties in his career. Having nice family background provided him etiquettes. With a glowing heart and gracefulness on face he won hearts of his colleagues and also students. His way of teaching was proficient as compare to other teachers. Students were like a friend to him. If any of the student captured his mistakes he used to encourage them. Side by side he was very strict. In his career he never made any compromises.  Education and duty always comes first, he believe. Being a good teacher he also proved to be a nice Father and now grandfather. His sons are engineer and a doctor. Like him, his sons are also successful. Dr.  A.D Memon says that he is enjoying his life with his Grand children. Mr. A.D Memon always treated others so courteously(nicely) that’s why today he is having the fruits of life. He feels very much relax. He spend his time in reading books and newspapers.  He is generous person with a glistening face. This is what I can say a “Perfect Life after Retirement”. So if every person tries to create judiousness and elegance in their nature they can also get the fruits of life. Remember, people are lucky when they have their “owns” at an Old age.
As Dr. A.D Memon was pure sindhi and loved his culture and Sindh alot so he wrote book for his students named “ Petroleum Geology and the Hydrocarbon Prospects of Sindh”. Which is also available in libraries of University of Sindh, Jamshoro.
