It is quite easy to secure a professional career and actualization of dreams for those who born with well educated and sound background and tough similarly to those who grows up in ignorance and penury circumstances Illahi Bux Gaad is one, who have grown up through underprivileged conditions and ignorant ancestry whose profession was farming . He also used to work himself as a tenant farmer in the land owned by Ayub Khuhro.
He was born on 1st April 1969 at village Akil district Larkana. He received primary and middle education from village Akil secondary education from DC high school and higher education from Government Degree College larkana, later, he did bachelors as well as masters in English and economics from Government Degree College too.
Despite the fact, he continued his education. He was self motivated person, who believed in hard work and perseverance in order to the meet the expenses of education
It is a nature of almost every human being that they long for superior services and official ranks but he liked simplicity in his life so he loved the teaching profession and he persisted efforts to convert the dream for being teacher into reality ultimately procured his desired profession ,
He was appointed as a primary teacher in 1987 purely on merit basis, in 2001 he qualified the commission for the post of the JST, as it is said that “satisfaction is the death of struggle” that is why his efforts did not end there but further he continued to move forward and he again qualified another competitive exam conducted by University of Sindh, as a result he became HST in 2010.
During his teaching carear he wrote many books almost on every subject
