Economy is a very important part for success of any country. Economy is very much depend upon inflation in country the buying power of a consumer or a peoples lived in society. Economy is also directly propotional to the circumstances of the country. Hyderabad is very peaceful city as compare to Karachi. Hyderabad is developing now days. Many businessman as well as multinational companies are shifting their companies to Hyderabad because of the condition of Karachi. One of my relative visit Hyderabad after a long time and he was amazed by looking the development of Hyderabad. And as he  visit auto Bhan road he was surprize to see the development of auto Bhan road.

Auto Bhan Road is one of the famous road of Hyderabad. Auto Bhan road is developing day by day. Many cafes,restaurants, shopping mall, are developed. 

The first famous café of Hyderabad is La-Moosh which is situated in auto Bhan road. It provide  exclusive range of cuisine are drawing the maximum of flavor from the very freshest of ingredients.  La-Moosh also opening the 3d cinema in Hyderabad and it will be the first 3d cinema in Hyderabad. The people which go to different cities for 3d cinema they wiil enjoy it in Hyderabad.

De gravity is also situated in auto bhan road it is the 2^nd authentic café of Hyderabad and provide different facilities to the people.

The first 3 star restaurant name Royal Taj is situated in Auto Bhan road. It is the best restaurant in Hyderabad and one of the leading restaurant in Pakistan. It provide 3 star environment making it a definite choice for special occasions and formal dinners. Mohammad Arif is a senior producer at Radio Pakistan. He did his graduation  from university of Sindh. He perform his duty as a producer in Radio Pakistan Karachi, khuzdar and now a days he is a senior producer in radio Pakistan Hyderabad.

17. When you interact with media?

 A. I was interact with media during studies, I went to different places like radio Pakistan, associated press of Pakistan( APP), Umat, The news. My proper joining in media was as a producer in radio Pakistan Karachi in 2002 after graduation. I perform my duty as producer in radio Pakistan Karachi from 2002 to 2006. After that from 2006 to 2007 I was producer in radio Pakistan khuzdar. After that I rejoin radio Pakistan Karachi from 2008 to 2010. after that from 2011 to present I am a senior producer in radio Pakistan Hyderabad.

     

17. You work in khuzar, Karachi and Hyderabad, how much difference you feel in these cities?     

1. There is big diferrence in these cities specially Karachi and Hyderabad. As u know that Karachi is the largest  of Pakistan and there is lots of work to do. I also work as a journalist in Karachi and faces many problems. The main problem is law and order. Over all Karachi is a international city and the work in Karachi is of international level. All the media center are running in Karachi. On other side Hyderabad is regional hub and and the level of work is regional is Hyderabad. I personally experience that Karachi is best place to work.

    

Q What kind of problem occurs during production?

     

A.    there are some problem occur during production. Firstly the main problem is time everything in radio is depend upon time. Time is very important in radio. After that the the schedule that how the program run on time. Sometime if time pass and the show did not on air on time to it create problem in all schedule. These are some minor problem but if everything complete on time than everything will be good.

      

17. what is your target in media?

A.  everyone has a target to go further in his field. My target is to join film industry. I am now at the middle of my target and struggling hard to get it. So I like to say that film industry is my target.

17. what is the future of mass communication?

 A. The future in mass communication is very bright. Now a days mass communication gets very much importance. There are many fields in mass communication like print media, electronic media and now a days social media. The are also many field like direction, production, script writing, acting etc and u all know that how much media is going faster. There are many opportunities for the student to join media.

17. what message u want to give to the student?

    A.     my message for student that work hard , take interest in your studies. If u are coming in media than you must do that thing which are create peace in world not war as some media channels are doing now a days. Follow the rule and regulations and work hard and hard.

Nowadays, people use different methods to become fit and smart, and bodybuilding is one of them. Bodybuilding is the act of building up muscles by working out and shaping one's diet to put on more muscle mass. Often, bodybuilding is done for recreation, for personal betterment or as a competitive sport. Bodybuilding makes not only a fit body but also fit mind. The word bodybuilding itself defines everything. It is so easy to understand the meaning of this word and what this sport is about. Bodybuilding is the best sports when it works to make your body proportionally shaped and fit.

The sport of bodybuilding is judged on the bases of physical appearance and demonstrations of the participants. There is currently a campaign to have bodybuilding adopted as an Olympic sport, but, this campaign is facing strong resistance by some sectors. . Bodybuilding as a sport is not athletic  therefore, it should not be confused with lifting sports or strongman competitions. The focus on bodybuilding is a specific aesthetic and balance of muscle mass.

 Eugen Sandow was the Father of modern  bodybuilding. It  is  the life changing activity.

Following are the benefits of bodybuilding:

1.    Better looking body

2.    Strength of muscles

3.    Increased production of anabolic hormones

4.    Harder bones and tendons

5.    Better posture

6.    Happiness

Bodybuilding  has undoubtedly  great benefits. It makes us more muscular, generally, better looking and also more confident, stronger , healthier and happier.

On other hand, there are also some defects of bodybuilding, many people especially youngsters do not follow the rules of bodybuilding and get injured, sometime, it causes serious injuries . Some people use steroids and other supplements for increasing their body mass, that is very harmful for  health and it causes different kinds of harmful diseases like cancer.
