Cleanliness Needed! By Fazeel Naqvi

Article: Cleanliness Needed!
By Fazeel Naqvi
Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) said that "CLEANLINESS IS HALF OF FAITH" but in our country "Islamic republic of Pakistan" we have totally neglected this fact that cleanliness also plays an important role in the development of any country, several complains have been submitted on the garbage disposal but no officials have ever paid any kind of heed to this issue, the municipal department is asleep for many years they are not even thinking over this problem seriously.

It is a fact that if the garbage is not disposed within times it will be a home for many hazardous germs and insects. As we know recently how many diseases have been discovered in our country yet no one is paying attention to this case. A misconception has taken place that this problem only exists in rural areas of the country but it is also a huge problem in the urban areas of our country, like in Hyderabad is one of the most developed cities of Pakistan, but this city is also a victim of this problem.

If you come to Hyderabad for the first time from any part of the country you would definitely cross the bypass and you will see the largest hospital, the city Wali Bhai Rajputana, there is a sea of Trash that spreads a very foul smell, unbearable by the human beings, all  the dump of the hospital is on the entrance,  is so much harmful for the people, if they are going home they would first need  to go to the hospital for their own treatment because there are so many germs in that garbage that could get anyone ill.
Mostly at noon time, most of the university points and trucks   that cross by that place where the garbage  produces an extremely toxic smell is even burnt and that burning produces a lot of toxic gases which is also dangerous for   traveler as well as for  the patients who are admitted  in the hospitals.
According to a survey, in Hyderabad many hospitals like Civil, Bhittai, Memon Hospital, Maaji Hospital, Jijal Mau hospital there is a huge amount of garbage and trash which is most hazardous to human beings and especially to the Patients in the hospitals. It should be given proper attention and there should be proper ways of disposing the garbage not only from these places but from the entire country.
