Many motor bikes and bicycles are the main cause of  problems ,  through which people daily suffer with traffic jam. Road is the main source by which we aim to go on our jobs,  business or any else work which is done by this road participation therefore every one tried to go first and in a hurry these small traffic over cross heavy traffic which block the road. Actually all this thing happened due to congested and rough roads. If road implementation act well so traffic system will automatically improve. The fundamental amendment to stay off from all such violence is to make proper routes and bring about/generate better management. For this operation, foremost field marshal is National High Authority (NHA) service that  brings  a positive change in humans life. The work is need to be first, to create a Cooperate Responsible Team (CRT) for road services. Therefore this team work would provide safe and good roads for local and internal community. In order that, it will support community events and causes. This team work at roads improve customer service, more it give better transport system.  The self duty of NHA service is to motivate traffic institute system and give special classes to unskillful and illiterate through which they understand and learn route senses. The next exercise put in to mission for smart road is influential Traffic management. Everyone is upset/disturb with rush-hour traffic. Here also need a joint effort/coordination of road users through which traffic flow fluently. Often times it happens that various range of traffic travel illegally through wrong routes, this pattern has to stop whole traffic for a while and after getting a way the traffic runs faster, this will trigger off  severe accidents and many deaths. The primary role that assigned by government and authorities is to introduce new subjects in school and named it as “Traffic Rules and Laws”. This principle empowered by authorities in each school as a compulsory subject. Moreover, traffic supervisor refer their supremo  for student about traffic awareness. It is a major subject of our daily life and we should have learn it in our schools from first grade until tenth grade. As we study many science subjects in our campus because it is necessary for cure of human health likewise, this traffic series teach discipline in our society which provide us smart roads  and traffic in future and save life of many ones. This well-mannered practice and grace culture familiar harmony and generosity among people. Pedestrian and motorbikes are being recognized as increasingly widespread  transport modes while heavy trucks is essential for trade and transport system and peak of its time these irrelevant  motorbikes and bicycles make conflict with other transport modes.

The government also should think about this issue. There are towpaths for pedestrian as for two wheeled vehicles and slow vehicles (like, push cart, trolley, hand cart, wheelbarrow, coach, and ambulance wagon) for all should have distinct road to travel. According to law, if any one move on wrong track subsequently give up an unkind punishment to offender. Further administration do not handover a  license until the driver may not be pass in driving test. And teenagers only use bicycles, not allow them motor vehicles before 18^th.  This principle reduce extreme bikes and remove jam-pack barrier from our society that make ground of ruthlessness. This is the service of authority to make challan of those who came on road without classes under at traffic centre academy. No one can  touched a road before training  and next smart roads permit priority movements as in shape of appropriate driver. Traffic departments passed  license on person ability after course. After wards intelligence signed on road after license of one year.

Everyone can do homely regular work / regular domestic work but in severely busy life with clean house it is tough to maintain and keep house beautiful. Mostly people lose their spirit after getting tired with a little bit work.  But there are still some people who despite being busy pay the right of justice and fair play. They performed every work diligently and superiority in their life. 

A great lady, Azra Rashid, teacher of government school is praise worthy due to these qualities. She makes her professional and domestic life successful through her sacrifice and hard work. She showed her essence of capability at every place. Responsibilities either encounter to her or not she cognize with every work as her own and accomplished  it wonderfully!

Actually her personality is accounted in those people who have a desire of sacrifice and she spend her whole life in these services. Now look at her sentiments that she recently got 19^th grade position in school yet she never cautious to do any type of inferior work. Along with teaching she also play a role of peon, maid,  gardener and many else  and in favor of  she only keep one thing in mind my Lord and Prophet (PBUH) adore this work. She is rigorous in her rules and has been taken it very seriously because in front of her only interpret lecture is not an onus but every practice that rectify other is also derive in education. 

One of her best quality is that where ever she elected, do every work as her priority and responsibility and present it by well-mannered way. Therefore, she did not anxious by means of challenging task. According to her, to live life as an indolence is correspond to death because after death we get all sorts of relief from work, life is for struggle thus she make up her life hectic and through efforts keep her existence alive. This  beautiful thought raise her aspiration  to fight with difficulties and as a result she done brilliant. Secondly she do not  duty as work that be finished before composition but perform like this that  it remain stable after work. For all these missions she do not expect from other nor she do  appeals  to anyone  for work. Her majesty is that rather than get involved with others she like to do all work alone. 

To perform good and complete work she did not  feel outrage and shame but to do so she gets spiritual happiness. Everybody due to this regard   attracted in respect of her. Trust can win the certainty of the people that she got from her reliability and not persuade them through gossips. As much as she is religious, in the similar way, she is very interesting and pleasant,  but astonishing is that,  in her industrious life there is nothing any work for which she left a space. 

She is very enthusiastic and innovative and therefore she stays off her house, school, gym and beauty-parlor relevantly wonderful in a whole day. Despite the fact that , beauty parlor and gym is not her job  it was  her yearn and marvel is that this work also has been prosper among people. 

She is expert in many things even if a little  program is  also organized in school so,  she takes part in all the activities, and is also able to sets off  everything very well. Even in Milad, she  decorate  convergence herself  by her voice and beautiful belongings. Her one and only superiority, to do  work together through which she  close   towards many hearts.
