Shamim Soomro ,a multitalented personality who is not only limited unto his profession only but also blessed with great helping nature, friendly way and also an perfect woman.  As she is Chairperson of Social Work Department along with this she is also known grand artist and broadcaster at Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation at Hyderabad.      She was born on October 18-1955 and basically belongs to Hyderabad city.

Her style is very matchless and she speaks very softly and her individuality looks unique by her way of dressing and by way of behaving with all. She likes to wear ringers in her finger and has great craze of beautify her home, office with great decorated pieces as well as with flowers. She has achieved countless success. Madam took first rank in Faculty and completed her M.A in Economics and in Sociology as well. Mrs. Soomro also has been awarded with PH.D grade

She was an earliest girl in her family who kept her footstep at University level and entered into the Radio. Meanwhile, she has to also face their anti-people. So regarding that she also suffered but her father remained her great supporter and encourages her in her toughest time of life. And she believers that because of her father blessings she has reached at such grade and she has been awarded with Excellent voice Artist Award by Radio Pakistan. 

               Her rememorable event of her life is her wedding day which changed her whole life and she has to face many responsibilities of her children and home etc.We can say she is great example of such women who have to look after both home furthermore have to work outside.

            She is also wife of great honorable man Illahi Bux Baban, who is Deputy Controller at PBC. Madam Soomro is blessed with two daughters and one son. Mrs.  baban likes toys, flowers and her favorite color is natural green and she likes cloudy weather but unfortunately it is harmful for her as she is patient of Asthma. She loves music as soft music and ghazals and her desired singer are Jagjeet Singh and Muhammad Juman. She is fond of having poetry and in her childhood, one day she suddenly wrote poetry on the wall of her home and her father was surprised to see such nice at that standard and that poetry was of Allama Iqbal and lines were in such way

  Tandiye bade mukhalif se na ghabra ae Aqaab,

Ye tar chalti he tujhe ooncha urane ke lye

She is religious minded woman and it seems by her Philosophy that she has suffered a lot in her life and her message was to struggle, struggle an only struggle and her saying was life is not the bed of roses and  Allah is great and leave everything t on Him.

   By taking remarks about her by her colleague Syed Abbas Ali Shah, he said that madam Shamim is very decent, sober, helpful and friendly by nature and we have spended 12 to

13 years together and if anyone from our staff has any problem they without any hesitation inform to madam Soomro and he tries her best to solve out it. Madam Shamim Soomro is our Head but she is also corperative and she is only stick for those who are irresponsibles. I can say she is ideal woman.

Knowledge has a power, which can be acquired from both formal and informal ways.

Formally it can be spread by schools, colleges, universities and others institutions. Besides the education there are some others activities which make students perfect these are confidence, way of talking, and way of dealing people, rules & regulations, values & norms and thinking for the betterment of the society. We can get these activities from with the interactions of people.

NGOs are trying to spread the education by informal means in which aforementioned extra co curricular activities are completely ignored. they open minor offices in different localities without enough facilities that don’t attract a large number of students expect few who are not provided quality education bypassing non textual activities which dispels their tall claims of providing quality education free of cost..

Millions of rupees are embezzled by NGOs personals in name of providing education to poor people. What is disappointing thing is that there is no any accountability for those who are involved in this shameful act.

Another fact that is desperately done in circles of NGOs is that they not only misappropriate money of poor but they don’t involve the government in their process of work. If schools are constructed with collaboration of government, better education could be provided to poor who are passing their lives below poverty line.

Here we suggest to high authorities of NGOs, who are working for the cause of quality education, to form a body that can scrutinize funds either they are being spent on exact place or not, secondly NGOs should also remain with contact with government so as to problem of poor can be reduced with collaboration.

Today’s man is suffering from different troubles and every one wants to over come these troubles through shortcuts, therefore some people who show little sympathy emerge as Sufi characters with certain magical tricks. They win their trust and later, people  trapped in trouble go to typical huts or places where those people dwell or do business for solving out the problems through fake amulet (Taweez). These are Dhongi Baba (fake mystic)

 Dhongi Baba is also usually known as Aalim Baba - spiritualist, are increasing in our society. A number of incidents proved these are cheaters and they cheat and destroy many lives, homes etc.

Usually, women are main target and prey of these fake spiritualists because women more emotional, sensitive and believe in apparent character and overlook logical sense and reality. This Baba culture was originated from India where saffron colored Baba started this fake spiritual business. Bangladesh is also one of the countries where black magic was started, soon after Muslims adopted the character of fake spiritualists for making money.

.

Aamil Babas,  fake spiritualists, spiritual healers and black magic are relevant to each other. Aamil Baba cheats people. They claim that they can solve every problem without doubt. He assure his victim that 100% your problem would be solved.

Greedy Babas target the innocent people and makes them fool by claiming that through just one phone call, they can rescue you from all worries and difficulties. Sometimes they also target their party by using the name of religious as giving people some verses of Holy Book in a wrong manner. They usually use such sentences “thanks God, you make

us human and make human’s source for human”.

They assure everyone that they can solve every problem like obstacles in marriages, disobedience of children, low income, drugs addiction, psychologically problems, scared by enemies,

Some shows telecast on TV channels which could create awareness among the people about cheating of fake spiritualists. One such case was covered by media in Punjab, when father killed her daughter following the instructions of Dhongi Daba that by sacrificing her daughter, his destiny will change. Another case recently occurred where in a woman was killed due to Baba’s  wrong instruction, she was the patient of  asthma and that Baba asked her to read this amulet without taking breath, which will result that your husband will be yours. She did it,  but lost her life.

Many advertisements are promoting this business in our society, highlighting the wrong saying

s of such Babas which has ruined our  society .One funny message was also spread to show how to make people fool.

                            ‘A man got Taweez  to control his wife. After one month he went to the fake spiritualists and told him  there is no change in his wife’s attitude but my neighbor’s wife is in his control. Healer replied it is called side effects.

So, here is its result and lesson for those who believes on such Dhongi Baba.

"Agha Waqar is our national hero and he has done that work nobody has ever did" such words and appreciation was commonly showed in news before few days.

Agha Waqar claimed that he can run the car completely on water. He called his invention "water-kit".^[ The kit consists of a cylindrical jar, which holds the water, electrodes, wires to be attached with car's battery and a hose leading to the engine. The kit which uses electrolysis process to convert water into HHO gas, then gas is used as fuel in another unmodified gasoline engine. The kit requires distilled water. Ahmed claims that he had been able to achieve much higher amounts of HHO compared to any other inventor because of his "undisclosed calculations".He also applied for a patent from the Government of Pakistan and is waiting for their feedback.

This news was very surprising for the people as before him many foreigners scientist had attempted such trial but failed. Other side masses have a great hope for getting rid from the rising rates of petrol and CNG. This young man belonging from Khairpur Sindh showed his successful tryout in front of all the members of Ministerial committee at Islamabad and after every person from motherland Sindh welcomed him greatly in different cities of Sindh. He got great respect and love and people from Hyderabad also conducted supporting and appreciating rallies for him.

 Regarding the successful experiment Agha said that many scientists had been rejected due to no specific theory but my formula and trial is in front of all and I am presenting and even proving myself true before you all…

Many people have opposed his formula by giving different comments on different shows on special Agha Waqar water kit.

Agha claims to have done several demonstrations for Pakistani government

According to a television interview he has had three meetings with Government's Science and Technology sector as well as a meeting with Pakistan's Atomic energy commission. Upon hearing about his invention, the prime minister of Pakistan, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, formed a committee consisting of three people. The committee members were Khursheed Shah, the minister of religious affairs, Mir Changez Khan Jamali, the federal minister for Science and Technology, and Dr. Asim Hussain, the advisor to the Prime Minister on Petroleum and Natural Resources.Out of the three members, Khursheed Shah has publicly announced Ahmed's invention as fair.

 After publicity and media coverage, many government officials came forward to support Ahmed's invention. Along with the aforementioned federal minister for Religious Affairs, two other federal ministers endorsed his work. Sindh Minister for Law and Prisons, Mohammad Ayaz Soomro, called Ahmed a national hero while speaking to a media group.Three other government officials congratulated him, stating that he "brought a revolution in the world of Science".

Ahmed was criticized for not clearly explaining how his invention work without violating the laws of thermodynamics.Ahmed was invited by Jamil Ahmed Khan, the Pakistani ambassador to UAE, to demonstrate his technology in Abu Dhabi. Samar, as well as Abdul Qadeer Khan, both nuclear Scientists supported the idea of a water-fueled car; however, he also faced many opponents.

Talat Hussain covered Agha's invention on his talk show and did a follow up show on August 3, 2012 to address the skeptics. His guests consisted of a panel of Scientists, a PHD student and a reporter for KTN news. Agha was not present there. The Scientists reiterated the problem of water-kit's incompatibility with the second law of thermodynamics. One of the guests, Javed Ahmed Chatta said that he was present at one of the demonstrations and had shown his skepticism; however, his concerns were ignored by the authorities. Another guest, Adeel Ghayur, said "even ignoring the apparent violation of natural laws, the cost to operate such a car would be impractical".

Atta ur Rahman, a Scientist and a former minister of Science and Technology, called for a technical investigation of Ahmed's car by top engineering universities when he appeared on GeoTV's Capital Talk. He told the host, Hamid Mir, that such inventions don't work and if they were to work, they would violate the law of conservation of energy. Ahmed replied to this criticism by stating that he had already made long drives with the car, done demonstrations for politicians and media personalities. He even challenged Rahman to check and verify his water fuelled car himself. By the end of the show, everyone agreed that the car should be tested by independent sources.Rahman showed similar concerns in another show by Talat Hussain Syed, News Night with Talat, for Dawn News.While speaking to Express tribune, Rahman stated that he suspected that invention can be a scam. He repeated that such an invention would violate the laws of thermodynamics in order to work.
